Varma & Varma, Chartered Accountants was founded on 17th June 1935 in Kochi (Cochin) in Kerala, South India. The firm bears the surnames of its two founders, Sri Kerala Varma Kochunniappan Thampuran and Sri Kerala Varma Kunhappan Thampuran, who belonged to the erstwhile Royal family of Cochin.
