Central Goods and Services Tax (Third Amendment)

The CBIC has notified the Central Goods and Services Tax (Third Amendment) Rules, 2023 and inserted new Rules 31B and 31C in the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 for the valuation of supply in case of online gaming including online money gaming and actionable claims in case of casinos.
